The Plum Creek Review accepts a variety of short (5 pages or fewer) written work: poetry, fiction, non-fiction, plays, screenplays, translations, etc. Writing over 5 pages (double-spaced, except for poetry) will not be considered.

 

We also accept artwork: photography, digital art, and images of visual art. We print full color magazines which means we do accept color photos, but B+W photos are still cool, too.

The review process is anonymous, and there is no limit to the number of pieces you can submit. We do not hold a copyright on your work, but we do ask that you not submit work that you are submitting to other campus publications in the same semester.

To submit, send your work via email to plmcreek@oberlin.edu. Please include the titles of the piece(s), your name (or, if you'd like your work published Anonymously, let us know), and the medium if relevant. You may also direct questions and concerns to this email.
